Group Tour Request Form (UChicago Groups)
UChicagoGRAD offers tours of the UChicago campus to admitted and prospective students. Campus tours are generally 45 minutes to an hour long and led by a current UChicago graduate student.
Important Note
: Please complete and submit the group tour request form at least
2 weeks
in advance of your desired tour date. After submission of the registration form, one of our staff will follow up to discuss the specifics of your tour.

Thanks for your interest in our campus tour program. Please note that our group of Graduate Assistants is small, and popular dates and times fill immediately. We require a minimum of 45 minutes for the tour, and usually cannot schedule a group tour during the same time(s) as the daily tours which operate out of our office Monday - Friday from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m.. We are able to accommodate up to 20 students per tour guide, and can rarely schedule more than one or two guides per time slot. Please provide details below on which dates and times are options, and/or details if we could offer the tour at various times during your event if you expect a large number of attendees.

Where should the guide(s) meet your group? Our offices are located in the Bookstore Building, but we are happy to begin and end the tour at any campus location.
