Graduate Recruitment Materials Request
This form is for requesting general UChicago graduate admissions materials for travel and on-campus events.
Materials should be requested at least two weeks prior to the date needed. If Graduate Admissions needs to ship materials on your behalf, the request must be submitted at least two weeks before the required shipment delivery date.

We no longer provide iPads; we recommend that you bring a laptop and use Slate at most events if internet is available. If you believe you may not have internet access, please contact us to discuss options.
