Yield Materials Request Form

Graduate Admissions has a variety of materials available for admitted/interviewing student events. If you have any questions, please contact us at gradadmissions@uchicago.edu. Please submit this request as far in advance of your event as possible. Requests received less than two weeks in advance are subject to availability of materials on hand.

Not part of the University of Chicago? Please do not request materials using this form; such requests will be deleted. You may contact us at gradadmissions@uchicago.edu to inquire about your needs.

This form is for University of Chicago graduate programs only. Requests for materials related to the undergraduate college should be sent to collegeadmissions@uchicago.edu. Please note that we will not process any requests submitted via this form for individuals for their personal use or by non-UChicago organizations.

UChicago programs: Available materials are listed. Do not request "swag" items (notebooks, water bottles, etc.) that are not listed, as we do not have those items.

What types of materials would you like to request?

IMPORTANT NOTE: We are only able to provide bags free of charge once per application cycle for each program/department. If you request bags more than once in an academic year (i.e. for spring admitted student events and for fall orientation), we will contact you with the current price per item and request payment via ledger transfer.

Important Note: Due to printing costs, some materials may be provided in black/white instead of color. If you wish to have all of your materials in color, we can do this; however, we will ask you to cover the cost of printing. Please contact gradadmissions@uchicago.edu for further information if this is something you'd like to pursue.
